Haru was a normal schoolboy in Japan when he woke up from an odd nightmare that felt too real to forget about. He later noticed changes to his body, memories that were missing, and a hunger that couldn’t be sated by normal food. He would soon meet a smart-talking stranger named Ryu, who introduces Haru to the unseen side of the world they live in. The Supernatural.

Supernatural creatures and monsters like Vampires and Werewolves live amongst the population with very few people even knowing about their existence. Some live normal lives alongside their human counterpart, some remain a threat to those around them.

Haru’s life has now turned upside down as he struggles to deal with what he is as he’s thrown into a world of the mostly unknown. He must now deal with the Supernatural, blood-thirsty beasts, secret organizations, and deadly conspiracies.

Welcome to the Family is an Urban fantasy with elements of mystery and action.
