It isn’t every day that you are told that you don’t belong in your own world. It isn’t every day you learn that your parents weren’t even born on this “plane of existence”. It isn’t every day that you are repatriated to a completely different world. Yet for Erik, that was exactly what happened, and exactly how he found himself in a different world with no way home. 

Forced to adapt to a rather unique situation he finds himself enjoying the challenge, both physically and mentally and the novel ideas and new technologies he introduces to the locals quickly cement his reputation within the community.
